Questionnaire & Research
In order to create a strong visual brand identity, research is essential. You will need to fill out a brand questionnaire and I will analyze the market and your competitors.
Creative Direction
Based on my findings, I will create a strategy and the creative direction for your brand.
Logo Suite
You will receive a primary logo, secondary logo, variations of your logo, and a logo mark.
Colour Palette
You will receive a colour palette that evokes the emotions that are in line with your brand’s personality and business objectives.
Typography System
I will curate a typographic system with beautiful fonts that fit your brand’s personality. Please note, font licensing fees are not included in the package.
Brand Guide
You will receive a 1-page brand guide that gives an overview of your new visual brand identity.
Alteration rounds
There are 2 alteration rounds included in the visual brand identity package.
Bonus: Creative Direction & Styling Photoshoot
You will receive complimentary creative direction and styling for a personal brand photoshoot, in line with your new visual brand identity.
STEP 1: Inquire
If you are interested in my branding and/or website services, please fill out the inquiry form. Your answers will give me an idea of your current business status, what you are looking for, and what your timeline is.
STEP 2: Discovery Call and Proposal
After reviewing your inquiry form, I will either send you an email with a link to schedule a discovery call or directly send you a proposal.
STEP 3: Secure Your Spot
After you have approved the proposal, signed the contract, and paid your 50% deposit, your branding project is locked in and will be scheduled.
STEP 4: Start Project and Research
You will receive my online brand questionnaire. I will go through your answers which will be followed by me conducting market and competitor's research.
STEP 5: Creative Direction
Based on our earlier call, your answers in the questionnaire, and my research, I will develop the strategy and creative direction for your brand.
STEP 6: Design
It is now time to bring your brand to life. This is a very exciting part of the process as I start designing all your brand elements.
STEP 7: Refine
You will receive the elements for your brand and I will await your feedback. If required, I will make adjustments. Two alteration rounds are included in the project.
STEP 8: Celebrate
It is time to celebrate! After receiving your approval and final payment, you will receive all your brand assets and brand guide. Your brand is now ready to be seen in the world.

No, I do not. In my opinion, just a logo does not build a firm foundation for a business' long-term success, especially in today's world with a sea of competitors and so many distractions. I believe in building an authentic, signature, and coherent brand experience that connects and creates trust and credibility. A brand that is recognizable and memorable and your ideal clients want to be part of.

Yes. To get started, you will need to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will need to be paid before sending over all final brand assets.
That is not a problem. There are 2 alteration rounds included in the branding package. Each additional revision round is 300 Euro per round (VAT not included). However, the 2 revision rounds are often enough.
No, I currently only work with service providers.
No, I do not come up with the name for your (personal) brand. You are responsible for selecting the name for your (personal) brand, doing the required research in terms of brand name availability, trademark registration etc.
Selecting a name for your (personal) brand is an important decision and can sometimes be challenging. I am not responsible for selecting your brand name but here are some important aspects to consider:
- Brand identity: choose a name that is in line with the vision for your business and brand. Ensure that the name communicates what you stand for and how you want to position yourself, and that it will appeal to your target audience.
- Competitive analysis: research your competitor's brand names, avoid similarities, and make sure you stand out. A unique name distinguishes a brand, making it easier for customers to identify and remember.
- Memorability: is your brand name memorable? A good name is often easy to remember, spell, and pronounce and more likely to stick in the minds of your ideal clients or referrals.
- Trademark: Make sure your name is not already trademarked or used by another business. Using a name that is already in use can lead to legal issues and a costly rebranding later on.
- Domain availability: is the corresponding website domain available? Consistency between a brand name and website domain enhances brand recognition and trust.
- Social media profiles: make also sure that your (personal) brand name is available on social media channels.
- Cultural sensitivity and negative connotations: certain words or phrases might have negative connotations in different countries, languages, and cultures. Make sure you check this.
- Long-term viability: think long-term. Your (personal) brand name should not only be relevant and appealing now but also in the future. Meaning, if you want to change your business or add new services, your name should not be in conflict.
That is your decision. I do not come up with your brand name and I also do not offer any trademark registration services. I recommend hiring a trademark attorney. You want to make sure your name is not already trademarked or used by another business. Using a brand name that is already in use can lead to legal issues and a costly rebranding later on. Trademarking prevents others from using a name or logo similar to yours, which could lead to confusion or the dilution of your brand's distinctiveness.
- Font licensing: licenses for fonts are not included. The pricing varies based on the specific font choice and its intended usage. When I share my font suggestions for your branding, I will share the pricing of these fonts.
